Walter Parkin

Walter Parkin is the father of the seven siblings who founded the Wigtown Wanderers Quidditch team in 1422. He comes from Wigtown in Scotland.

He would stand on the sidelines of the Quidditch pitch with a wand on one hand and a meat cleaver in the other, which invariably intimidated the opposing team (QA7).
