Synopsis: Stepping out into the sun, Hagrid leaves Harry for a moment and Harry heads into [Madam Malkin's]. There he meets Draco Malfoy, who reminds him of [Dudley] in bragging about his [Quidditch] skills and putting down Hagrid.
