chapter 12, pp. 183-189      

Synopsis: Following the feast [Dumbledore] gets up to speak, and announces that this year [Hogwarts] will be hosting the [Triwizard Tournament], and therefore students of [Durmstrang] and [Beauxbatons]. He also announces, to some anger from students, that they must be seventeen to enter. Meanwhile, mid-speech, Mad-Eye Moody also makes a dramatic entrance, and is introduced as the [Defence Against the Dark Arts] teacher for the new school year.
