Chapter 6 - "Draco's Detour" - In which we learn of several disappearances including Florean Fortescue and Mr. Ollivander, and Harry, Hermione, and the Weasleys go shopping at Diagon Alley, escorted by Hagrid. There they discover a much-changed atmosphere and an empty Leaky Cauldron, have a run-in with Draco and Narcissa Malfoy in Madam Malkin's, tour Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes, and sneak out to follow Draco into Borgin and Burke's, where they overhear a mysterious conversation between him and Mr. Borgin.

In Fred and George's Room
With Ginny gone, Harry tells Ron and Hermione about the [prophecy] - and Hermione gets punched in the face by a [telescope].
O.W.L. Results
Hermione freaks out about her [O.W.L.] results after Harry tells her they're due to arrive today.
[O.W.L.] results arrive, and Harry, Ron, and Hermione compare scores. Harry then realizes that this is the end of his ambition to become an [Auror].
Tidings of Mysterious Disappearances and Deaths
Harry spends several weeks at the [Burrow], playing [Quidditch] and hearing about frequent disappearances and deaths.
On Harry's sixteenth birthday, Lupin, Bill, and Arthur bring news of disappearances and deaths - [Karkaroff], [Ollivander], and Florean Fortescue.
Booklists arrive - Harry is made [Quidditch] captain, and Molly plans a trip to [Diagon Alley].
A Very Different Diagon Alley
Harry, Hermione, and the Weasleys take [Ministry cars] to the [Leaky Cauldron], where they meet up with Hagrid].
