Paddington Station - London - England - United Kingdom
After taking Harry to Diagon Alley for the first time, Hagrid dropped him off at Paddington Station so he could catch a train back to the Dursleys (though this scene was skipped in the film). While they waited for Harry's train, Hagrid gave Harry his ticket for the Hogwarts Express and bought him a hamburger at this nondescript restaurant with plastic seats in the station (PS5).
There is a Burger King at Paddington Station, but no word yet on whether it has tables with plastic seats!
Hampshire
England - United Kingdom
Hampshire, a county in southern England, is the site of the hamlet of Little Dropping - or at least it was until Archibald Alderton blew it up while trying to mix a birthday cake there (fw40). Portsmouth is also located here.
Hanged Man, the

Little Hangleton - England - United Kingdom
The "village pub" in Little Hangleton, this is the place where the villagers gathered the night Tom Marvolo Riddle killed his father and grandparents, to gossip about the murders. Among the villagers present that evening were the Riddles' cook and Dot, who remained permanently convinced that gardener Frank Bryce was to blame for the deaths (GF1).
The name of the pub may have special meaning: the Hanged Man is the name of a card found in a Tarot deck - a tool used in one form of Divination.
Hebrides Islands
United Kingdom
The Hebrides Islands are a large group of islands located northwest of mainland Scotland, and include the town of Portree. The MacFusty clan lives on these islands, caring for the Hebridean Black Dragons that are native to the area (FB).

Herbe Garden

Worcestershire - England - United Kingdom
A medieval monastery in Worcestershire had this 'Herbe Garden,' where Brother Benedict, a Muggle Franciscan monk, was attacked by a Jarvey, though he supposed it to be a giant talking ferret (FB).
Herefordshire
England - United Kingdom
A county located on the western edge of England, Herefordshire was where the broomstick game of Swivenhodge originated, a game which is still played in England today (QA2).
High Street
Hogsmeade - Scotland - United Kingdom
High Street is the main street in Hogsmeade, down which the Hogwarts students walk to enter the town and on which most of the town's shops are located (OP25). After Voldemort's return it became rather gloomy, with some of its shops boarded up (HBP12).

hillside
United Kingdom
The morning after Ron quit the trio's search for Voldemort's Horcruxes, Harry and Hermione stalled for a bit before Apparating to their next campsite: a "windswept heather-covered hillside," where Hermione promptly sat down and cried as Harry cast protective enchantments around them (DH16).
A few weeks later, still on the run, Harry and Hermione stopped on a second hillside. They were in much the same grim mood, though, thinking about their near-disaster at Godric's Hollow the previous night, and Harry feeling lost with his wand now broken (DH18).

Hut-on-the-Rock

The Sea
It's hard to say exactly which sea the Hut-on-the-Rock rests in, as really any body of water other than the English Channel would have been quite a drive from Little Whinging. However, the Hut-on-the-Rock is indeed where Vernon Dursley drove his family in an attempt to escape the Hogwarts letters that were coming for Harry. (PS3).
It was there that Hagrid finally caught up with Harry and the Dursleys. After banging down the door, destroying Vernon's gun, and giving Dudley a tail, he told Harry - for the first time - the story of his life, of Voldemort, and of the Wizarding World (PS4).
Inside the hut it smells strongly of seaweed. There are gaps in the wooden walls and the windows are filthy. The hut does have a fireplace in one of its two rooms. Several moldy blankets can be found in the hut, along with a moth-eaten sofa. "The Rock" is really a tiny island, as the only way to get to it was by rowboat. Well, the only Muggle way, anyhow (PS4).
