Karasjok
Norway - Europe
Home of the Karasjok Kites, a Quidditch team that lost the 1956 European Cup (QA7), Karasjok is a town in the extreme northeastern tip of Norway. The cold weather there must give the Kites quite a home field advantage for Quidditch matches!

Kenmare
Ireland - Europe
A town located in southwestern Ireland at the mouth of the Kenmare River, Kenmare is home to the Kenmare Kestrels, a member of the British and Irish Quidditch League and a popular team worldwide thanks to its leprechaun mascots (QA7).
Kent
England - United Kingdom
We first hear of Kent, a county in southeastern England not far from London, on the Muggle news in PS1. Shooting stars, shot off by wizards there, had been sighted by Muggles - and if McGonagall's suspicions were correct, Dedalus Diggle was probably to blame. It is likely, then, that he lives in Kent. And if he does, we know he's not the only magical being; Nearly Headless Nick tells us that the Wailing Widow travelled all the way to Hogwarts from Kent to attend his Deathday Party in CS8.
Kent was also the home of Modesty Rabnott, who in 1269 witnessed the first Quidditch match involving the capture of the Golden Snidget, though she saved the bird before the players could catch it (QA4).
