I didn't read my first Harry Potter book until I was around 12-13. By this point the movies had already started to come out and we were 5 movies in before I fully started to get into it all. I haven't been able to pull my self out since I started. I love the movies, they are amazing. But there is something about the books. They seem to just draw me in and wont let me go. They have stuck with me and made me wish that there really was a magical world out there. Just maybe a world with out Voldemort. I would love too be able join it. Or even just visit and see it. Just knowing that there is something more to this world would be amazing. I don't even know how to put it all into words. All I know is that it is an amazing escape from reality.
