Albus Severus

Albus Severus

Albus Severus, you were named after two headmasters of Hogwarts.  One of them was a Slytherin and he was probably the bravest man I ever knew.

Snape had a lot of flaws, but cowardice wasn't among them.  This is a satisfying resolution to the powerful "DON'T CALL ME COWARD!" moment in HBP28.

Fun fact: Albus Severus Potter's initials, ASP, spell "asp," which may foreshadow his sorting into Slytherin, the emblem for which is a serpent.
