Even though we basically didn't trust Snape up until then, that moment proved that he was always on Harry's side.
Death of Severus Snape: A concerned Harry, bloody himself from the Battle of Hogwarts, tries to stop the blood flowing from the neck of Severus Snape after he was attacked by Nagini in the Shrieking Shack. Snape clutches Harry's arm and is looking up into his eyes before dying, saying, "Look at me."
