Circumrota

“Circumrota” is the incantation for a spell that causes an object to rotate (CG).

Leta Lestrange used this spell on one of the records towers in the Ministère Des Affaires Magiques to bring Newt Scamander and Tina Goldstein, who were hanging onto the other side of it, into view (CG).
