A legendary wizarding family, believed to have lived on the Isle of Drear. The family feuded with the McClivert clan. Legend has it that the McCliverts turned the MacBoot clan into Quintapeds.

A Notable member of the family is Quintius MacBoon, the leader of the clan who killed Dugald McClivert in a wizard duel (FB).
