This is the same WotM that appeared for May the previous year. Some have speculated that it was a glitch and that Elfrida Clagg (WotM for June) should have appeared. But this would have broken the male/female alternation, and perhaps it was a conscious decision, given that old Felix only appeared for half a month when the site launched on the 15th of May the first year.
