The capital city of Burkina Faso in West Africa. Ouagadougou is mentioned by Gilderoy Lockhart as the site of one of his fictitious exploits, where he claims there were “a series of attacks” similar to the basilisk’s attacks during the opening of the Chamber of Secrets (CS9).
