Dodgy Dirk was one of the Muggles present fort he Ilfracombe Incident of 1932. All the other Muggles present had their memories wiped by Tilly Toke and her family. However, “Dodgy Dirk” is known to tell tales of a “dirty great flying lizard” that attacked him way back when. His story is not believed by other Muggles.
