The potion for hags was developed by Professor Regulus Moonshine in the mid-1990s to reduce that creature’s craving for human flesh. Moonshine told a press conference that the potion seemed to be working since, as he put it, “[m]ost of my hag volunteers have refrained from taking a bite out of me since last Tuesday” (DP4).
