Tents

“They want compensation for their ruined property. Mundungus Fletcher’s put in a claim for a twelve-bedroomed tent with en-suite Jacuzzi, but I’ve got his number. I know for a fact he was sleeping under a cloak propped on sticks.”
-- Percy Weasley (GF10)

Tents

Wizards attending the Quidditch World Cup have been known to customise their tents both inside and out, even though they are supposed to be keeping a low profile.

Mr Weasley borrowed tents from Perkins in his office for the Quidditch World Cup in 1994 (GF7).quidditch_world_cup___props_03_by_chapet-d6jidln

When Ron, Harry and Hermione go to fetch water at the campsite, they visit the flamboyantly decorated tent areas of the Irish and Bulgarian supporters (GF7).quidditch_world_cup___props_02_by_chapet-d6jidj3

Hermione takes the same tent with them when they are on the run from the Death Eaters after Bill Weasley's wedding to Fleur Delacour. Harry, Ron and Hermione stay in this tent for several months while they are searching for the Horcruxes and the Deathly Hallows (DH14, DH15). When that tent is lost, they borrow another one from Bill (DH26).

Notes and interesting facts: An "Extension Charm" is necessary to alter the inside measurements of Wizard tents, the use of which is strictly controlled by the Ministry of Magic. Therefore, when Hermione is using her handbag to carry the tent and its contents, she is breaking the law (Pm).
