Herman Junker was a Quidditch referee from Germany. He refereed the final match of the 2014 Quidditch World Cup (Pm).
He was the referee for the final match of the 2014 Quidditch World Cup between Brazil and Bulgaria. Junker ruled that the hit to Seeker Viktor Krum's head by Brazil's Rafael Santos Beater's bat was an accident (Pm).
