Royden Poke was a wizard employed at the Ministry of Magic in the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures (DP3).
Mr. Poke represented the Ministry at a meeting with the Brotherhood of Goblins in Chipping Clodbury that erupted into a riot. He told the Daily Prophet when interviewed the following day that he was surprised that things had kicked off, as the talks about a new Bill of Goblin Rights had seemed to be going well (DP3).
