Bill of Goblin Rights

The Bill of Goblin Rights was the name of proposed legislation to codify and extend the rights of goblins in the wizarding world.

The Brotherhood of Goblins (B.O.G.) met with representatives from the Ministry of Magic to try and set out the clauses for a Goblin Bill of Rights (DP3).

While the date printed on DP3 is 1 June 1999, the timeframe for these events is 1992-1993.
