References from the canon

  • Albus Potter and Scorpius Malfoy were bound with "Fulgari" by Delphi, the daughter of Lord Voldemort, after which she broke their wands and kidnapped them into the past using the Experimental Time-Turner (CC3.16).
  • Reversed with Emancipare, used by Cedric Diggory in the past to unbind the two boys (CC3.20).
