Locks together the legs of the victim, making him or her unable to walk.

  • Draco cast this spell on Neville just for kicks; Neville then had to hop all the way back to Gryffindor Tower.  (PS13)
  • Hermione Granger performs an unknown counter-spell to release Neville from the curse.
  • Later, Hermione and Ron discuss using the incantation Locomotor Mortis on Professor Snape as he was referee during a Quidditch Match, an idea they got from Draco's use on Neville (PS13).
