The Minister for Magic scolds the Head of Magical Law Enforcement for ignoring paperwork

"Harry, how can you get any work done in this chaos?"
-- Hermione Granger (CC1.5)

Waiting for Harry Potter to return to his office after the Department of Magical Law Enforcement raids Theodore Nott’s residence, Hermione Granger looks through the paperwork piles on his desk and discovers reports about movements of Voldemort’s former allies such as the trolls and giants.

Harry returns with a confiscated Time-Turner and dismisses the chaos on his desk. He then enthusiastically proposes that they get the old team together and go after them, Hermione points out that it is his job to keep up with the paperwork and files, no matter how boring it might seem to be – not just being out there in the field conducting raids and arrests (CC1.5).
