Newt Scamander recently traveled to Equatorial Guinea to complete field research for his book about magical creatures, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (WFT).
Tina takes Newt to the Wand Permit Office to interrogate him about his wand, but more so about why he has been traveling and what has brought him to New York. Newt replies that he had just been in Equatorial Guinea for field research for his book (WFT).
