Cauldron Cakes

Commentary

Notes

At the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando, Florida, the "cauldron cakes" are sold at Honeydukes sweet shop and resemble tiny cauldrons with chocolate feet and handles at the top. They are described as "Plump chocolate-chip muffins with brownie richness, the top of the half-dome shape is dipped in chocolate and topped with a whipped topping and finished with a semisweet-chocolate handle.." If you want to whip up a batch (maybe better than Bathilda's) then try this fan recipe that uses chocolate chips for the feet of the cauldron.

Wish they didn’t change the recipe for the cauldron cakes they sell you at Universal, in the Harry Potter area. I liked them a lot better than the way they are now.
