Elf-Made Wine

"I am not your servant!"
"Really? I was under the impression that the Dark Lord placed you here to assist me."
"To assist, yes--but not to make you drinks and--and clean your house!"
". .  . in the meantime, bring us drinks. Some of the elf-made wine will do."
-- Snape ordering Wormtail around at Spinner's End (HBP2)

A “blood-red” wine made by house-elves served by Severus Snape at Spinner’s End to Narcissa Malfoy and Bellatrix Lestrange (HBP2). The bottle was old and dusty, of unknown origin, though possibly made by house-elves at Hogwarts.

After the burial of Aragog the acromantula, Slughorn and Hagrid drank several bottles of elf-made wine and even made a toast to the wine itself. Having just watched Ron Weasley nearly die from drinking poisoned mead, Slughorn had ordered a house-elf to taste each bottle to make sure it was safe (HBP22). Hermione would have been disgusted.
