"....you must ask yourself whether you want a relationship in which you are constantly having to doctor your partner's drinks."

He Says He Hates Me is a letter written to the Problem Page of the Daily Prophet (DP3).
Ms Lilith Molesby’s letter asks whether a Love Potion will help her capture a wizard who isn’t ready to settle down. The Prophet’s Agony Aunt, Grizel Hurtz, sensibly points out that it would be easier for Ms Molesby to take a Hate Potion to help rid herself of this obsession (DP3).

Notes
Merope Gaunt probably used a love potion to capture Tom Riddle Sr - and that certainly didn't turn out very well.... (HBP10).
Although the date printed on the third Daily Prophet Newsletter (DP3) is 1 June 1999, the timeframe for this event is 1992-1993.
